I live in a studio apartment in a brand new five story apartment building in Byeongjeom. They’re just finishing up construction on the building now. When I moved in the first two or three floors weren’t livable yet. I’m not sure if they are now. Most of the first floor is taken up by what will be a store, but is as yet vacant.
